Collagen smoothie
A super simple smoothie that makes it easy to get your Verdi Skin collagen into your everyday life. Mild, creamy and just the right amount of sweet – perfect as breakfast, a snack or an evening ritual when you want to give your skin some extra love from the inside out.
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 scoop Verdi Skin Marine Collagen
- 1 banana (preferably frozen in slices for extra creaminess)
- 1.5 dl frozen raspberries or blueberries
- 1 dl natural yogurt or plant-based yogurt
- 1 dl water or plant drink of your choice (e.g. oats)
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for fresh acidity)
How do you do it?
- Prepare the glass
Set out your favorite glass. Half the experience is in the feeling, so choose a glass that makes you a little extra happy. - Charge the blender
Add the banana, berries, yogurt and water/herbal drink to the blender. Top with the collagen powder so it is thoroughly mixed into the mix. - Flavoring
Add honey/agave if you want it sweeter, and a little lemon juice if you like fresh tartness. - Mix to magic
Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, thin with a little more water or herbal tea. If it's too thin, add some extra frozen berries. - Serve and enjoy
Pour into a glass, sit down (preferably without a screen for a minute) and drink it as a little daily self-care moment.
