Return and Withdrawal Policy

We want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. Below you will find information about your right of withdrawal, returns and refunds when purchasing from our online store.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us with a clear statement.

Exception for dietary supplements

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where the seal has been broken after delivery.

This applies in particular to dietary supplements. Products that have been opened, used or where the seal has been broken cannot be returned.

Unopened, unused and undamaged products with an intact seal may be returned within the withdrawal period.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• unopened and unused

• in its original condition

• with the original seal fully intact

• properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

How to make a return

To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your order number, name and the product(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after the return has been handled.

Faulty or damaged products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. To help us handle the matter efficiently, we ask that you provide photos of the product and the outer packaging.
