Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some products in our webshop are offered as subscriptions with recurring deliveries according to the interval you select, for example monthly.

Payments

For subscription orders, payment is processed automatically for each delivery using the payment method selected at checkout. Payment is charged prior to each scheduled delivery. Payment details are handled securely in accordance with applicable security standards.

Managing your subscription

You may pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time. Any changes, including cancellation, must be made before the next scheduled payment in order to apply to the upcoming delivery.

A link to manage your subscription is included in the order confirmation sent to your email address. If you need assistance, you may also contact our customer service.

Cancellation

Subscriptions do not have a minimum commitment period. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle, provided it is completed before the next payment is processed. Orders that have already been charged or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Right of withdrawal

Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected. Information about withdrawal rights, returns and refunds can be found in our Return and Withdrawal Policy.

International subscriptions

For subscriptions delivered internationally, delivery times, shipping costs and delivery conditions may vary depending on the delivery address. The applicable terms are those shown at checkout at the time of each order.
